Host-pathogen interactions are the result of continuously evolving dynamics genomic interphases between pathogens and host plants. Alternaria brown spot (ABS) caused by pathogen alternata is a serious threat to tangerine production. Although recent studies have made significant advances in characterization A. virulence factors, gap exists regulation virulent genes throughout course infection on To gain better understanding dynamic defense transcriptome during Infection, we performed comparative approach. After inoculation citrus, found that 2142, 1964, 2359 were up-regulated, 1948, 1434, 1996 down-regulated at 12 hours-post-inoculation (hpi), 24 hpi 48 hpi, respectively. Among these genes, 1333 up-regulated three time points, 1054 down-regulated, indicating most differentially expressed early stage tended remain later infection.
